Eithne was a Godsend for us when we were trying to navigate selling my brother's Albuquerque home from a distance (California). Her patience, knowledge and research skills, helped make the sales process as stress-free as possible. I was closely involved as I found Eithne through my awesome realtor here in California and I consulted with my friends as they moved through the many steps of selling their home. This sale was complicated as my friends were in a medical emergency situation with the owner having to be in California. Eithne worked with the owner's Power of Attorney (who is based near San DIego). She skillfully guided her through handling and coordinating of cleaning and repairs after the renter moved out, advising on how to prep for sale with minimal costs yet reasonable fixes, to get the house listed. Eithne provided lots of professional, detailed information, and responsive sympathetic hand-holding sometimes, to guide them through deciding on the best listing strategy and price. Eithne coordinated all the prep with Albuquerque vendors, as my friends couldn't physically be there nor did they have the ability to do any of this. Within five days of listing they had solid offers from which to chose, and accepted one above asking price. Needless to say my friends are incredibly grateful! They honestly couldn't have found a more responsive, professional, hard working, understanding realtor.

Eithne worked tirelessly in a very tough market for buyers, showing us many home choices all around the city. She set us up with a filter that found the best matches for our price range, house size, etc. as well - we saw so many homes, most of which really matched our criteria well. She knows the market. She knows the amenities near neighborhoods. She really helped us broaden our search appropriately and then worked intelligently to close on the deal we chose. Cheerful, efficient, and smart.
